Copyright + Resales
Hazel Dooney guides collectors on secondary market sales through 63 Jersey Art Sales and major art auction houses. She supports copyright approvals via Copyright Agency, ensuring authenticity and legitimate provenance records for her artworks.
Self vs Self #1, Hazel Dooney 2004, high gloss enamel and reflective vinyl on custom-made board by Graham Reynolds, 100 x 150cm / 39 x 59 inches.
Hazel Dooney suggests buying and re-selling her artworks on the secondary market through 63 Jersey Art Sales – an initiative of respected gallerist Tim Olsen and Brett Ballard, former Head of Art at Menzies Art Brands – named after the street address of Olsen Gallery at 63 Jersey Road, Woollahra in Sydney, Australia. For Tim Olsen, please email info@olsengallery.com and for Brett Ballard, brett.ballard.art@gmail.com . Please note that the painting above is an example of the artist’s early work, it is not available at this time.
In the interest of collector choice, Hazel Dooney also supports secondary market sales by reputable major art auction houses. She is a ‘prior approval’ artist with Copyright Agency to prevent fraudulent or stolen artwork sales.
To preserve high gloss enamel paintings, hang paintings up to 1m x 1.5m by two points and larger works by four points. Never string them, as this may cause structural damage.
